Please Note that there will be drivers taking registrants to/from your Brisbane accommodation and venue.

Please note Registration Fees include transport from airport, accommodation and venue during the 4 days, all meals and refreshments during the 4 days of the Conference, attendance to all plenary sessions and workshops and evening programs (including Children's Program and Young Adult programs for the appropriate age brackets). All meals are vegetarian.

Registration fees do not include accommodation. Accommodation fee will be charged separately and to be paid before the conference or at the registration counter. There are still billeting options (staying with Sai families volunteering as hosts) to reduce the cost.

The Registration fees are calculated to cover cost only based on an estimated attendance. There is no profit built into the price. Any small surplus that may arise from the conference will be donated to Sai School at Murwillimbah.

A 4 payment installment plan is available and 2 early bird registrations at substantially lower rates have been offered to assist devotees.

Sai National Conference 2010 Website and its volunteers do not track visitors to our Web site. Our site captures limited information about visits to our site. This information is used only to analyze general traffic patterns and to perform routine system maintenance.
